Shipping
& Delivery

  • We aim to fulfil and deliver orders every Friday. If you place your order between any Friday and Thursday, you can expect your order to be delivered the following Friday.

    Placing an urgent order? Get in touch at care@pluralsupply.com and we’ll do our best to expedite your order.

  • Shipping costs $5 for orders under $60. We offer free shipping for orders of $60 and above.

    Delivery fees are calculated after any discounts have been applied.

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any orders.

    If you have received a damaged item or wrong order, get in touch with us at care@pluralsupply.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Product

  • While all our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind, our skin is unique and what works for us and those who test our products may not work for you. Certain essential oils contain more volatile compounds that may irritate some skin types, and are indicated in individual product listings.

    If you have sensitive skin, we recommend starting with more moisturising bars, unscented bars, or facial bars, which are gentler on the skin, and avoiding using any exfoliating bars. If you’re trying a new product on sensitive skin, we advise testing it on a small patch of your skin before applying it to a larger area.

  • Yes, we have a range of soaps that are gentler and more suitable for facial use. Before using any bar of soap on your face, we recommend doing a patch test for any sensitivities or reactions.

Packaging

  • We minimise and repurpose packaging materials as much as possible.

    Our shipping materials depend on the delivery method of your order. Orders delivered by regular post are sent in reused packaging, bubble wrap and polymailers that we have collected from our community.

    Regrettably, we are unable to offer this for orders sent by registered mail, as we are required to use our delivery company’s polymailers.

  • Standard packaging includes dedicated branded materials such as namecards and care cards. We recommend opting for standard packaging if you are ordering for the first time, or if your order is a gift.

    Reduced packaging eliminates any unnecessary branded materials, and only includes packing materials that retain the integrity of your products. We recommend opting for reduced packaging if you are placing a repeat order.

  • After receiving your order, we encourage you to continue to give our packaging materials another life! You may also return your packaging to us at our pop-ups.

Promotions & Vouchers

    • Vouchers are valid until the stipulated date on the voucher.

    • Vouchers are valid only for 1 order per customer.

    • Vouchers are valid only for purchases on the Plural Supply online store.

    • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes or vouchers.

    • Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen or expired.

    • Plural Supply reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
